Free Shipping on Orders Over $200

We’re pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $200 (before taxes) within the continental United States.
The free shipping option will be automatically applied at checkout when your cart total qualifies.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
    Delivery times may vary based on location, order size, and carrier delays.

Order Tracking

We provide a tracking number for every shipment so you can monitor your package’s journey from our Los Angeles facility to your doorstep.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. For wholesale orders outside the U.S., please contact us directly at store@ashncloud.com to discuss special arrangements.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. We will arrange a replacement as per our Return & Replacement Policy.
    Please note: We do not offer refunds — replacements are provided for damaged items only.
